The Scan4myHealth platform provides an integrated solution for managing and monitoring patient vital signs as
well as medication of patients/users. Through the integrated Web Platform, Mobile App and medical devices with CE and FDA approval, allows the entity to remotely receive data in real-time as well as promote pro-active actions, like patient<>monitor automatic calls in case of deviation from the reference frame.
How Does It Work?
We provide a Whitelabel solution allowing the clinic to have its own portal and image, and also branding for the medical devices. Patients through the Mobile App access their account and, according to the APP notifications, take measurements of the vital signs and medication according to clinical prescriptions. Clinic operators can then manage and view real-time data on all associated patients.
